The Soul of Melody 2024 music competition concluded on June 30th with a grand finale, marking the triumphant return of this esteemed platform for emerging musicians in the capital city. Organized by the Foreign Trade University Music Club, in collaboration with Hanoi’s youth organizations, the event showcased the exceptional talent and passion of young artists from across the city’s universities.

Over a rigorous three-month period, contestants navigated four distinct rounds, each designed to celebrate their unique musical personalities. The final night was a showcase of outstanding vocal talent, with soloists and groups delivering unforgettable performances that captivated the audience.

The event attracted a diverse audience, including enthusiastic students and renowned experts from the music and art industries, highlighting its broad appeal. “I was absolutely blown away by the talent on display,” shared Tung Lam, a representative of one of the sponsors. “The level of professionalism and the quality of the performances exceeded all my expectations.”

Soul of Melody 2024 embraced the innovative concept of “Out of Sight,” encouraging listeners to connect with music on a deeper level. By listening with their hearts, the audience experienced music in its purest form, creating an intimate and captivating atmosphere. According to Trung Hieu, Vice President of the FTU Music Club, the competition’s top contestants will receive ongoing support to pursue their musical dreams. This includes marketing campaigns, debuts, and assistance in producing music videos and performing on professional stages.

Looking ahead, the organizers aim to build upon this success by continuing the competition and collaborating with prominent artists in the Vietnamese music industry to organize concerts. They are committed to providing a platform that fosters the next generation of musical talent in Hanoi.
