The festival will showcase a food map of Vietnam featuring 400 iconic dishes from three regions of the country.
This impressive food map is created by a group of talented chefs from top-rated hotels across the nation. Previously, a 20-meter-long food map of Vietnam was displayed, showcasing 63 dishes prepared by 50 renowned chefs. This record-setting display was acknowledged and certified by the national record organization in April 2022.
Organized by Saigontourist Group, the culinary event aims to celebrate the richness of Vietnamese cuisine. With over 40 booths offering a variety of delicious delicacies, the festival promises to satisfy both locals and tourists.
In addition to the culinary brands from Ben Tre and Tay Ninh provinces, Vietnam Airlines and Saigon Trading Corporation (Satra) will also participate, attracting a large number of visitors. The festival is expected to serve more than 12,000 customers.
Food enthusiasts will also get the opportunity to enjoy a coffee tasting event hosted by Binh Quoi tourist village. Furthermore, various programs will showcase traditional crafts such as vermicelli making, traditional cake baking, bamboo weaving, hat making, sedge mat weaving, and pottery.
Talented artists from all over the country will mesmerize the audience with performances of quan họ (love duet singing), Bai choi (folk singing), and Đờn ca tài tử (southern folk music).
