In the Northeast region, including Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, and Yen Bai, the weather remains very cold, particularly in the mountainous areas. These cold conditions are expected to persist until the weekend.
During this cold wave, the temperatures commonly reach lows of 10-13 degrees in the Northeast region, and even drop below 5 degrees in some high mountain areas. In the North Central region, the temperatures range from 13-16 degrees.

The lowest temperatures in the North are expected to range from 14-16 degrees, while in the South, temperatures will range from 17-20 degrees. The highest temperatures in the North are expected to range from 16-19 degrees, and in the South, temperatures will range from 20-23 degrees.
