The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting has reported that the North and Thanh Hoa will experience moderate to heavy rain, with scattered fog in the early morning and sunny afternoons. Freezing temperatures are expected at night and in the morning.
The North and Central Central regions will have light rain with cold nights and mornings.
Meanwhile, the area from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue will experience scattered rain and thunderstorms in some places. Other areas will have overnight showers and sunny afternoons, especially in the Southeast region.

Northwest region: Cloudy and rainy in some places with light fog in the early morning and sunny afternoons. The lowest temperature will be 16-19 degrees Celsius, while the highest temperature will reach 22-25 degrees Celsius, with some areas going above 26 degrees Celsius.
Northeast region: Cloudy with scattered rain during the night and morning. The lowest temperature will be 16-19 degrees Celsius, dropping to below 15 degrees Celsius in some mountainous areas. The highest temperature will range from 20-23 degrees Celsius.
Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: Cloudy with rain in the night and morning. The lowest temperature in this region will be 17-20 degrees Celsius, while the highest temperature in the north will reach 22-25 degrees Celsius and in the south will reach 26-29 degrees Celsius.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: Cloudy with scattered showers at night and sunny afternoons. Northeast winds at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 22-25 degrees Celsius, while the highest temperature in the north will reach 26-29 degrees Celsius and in the south will reach 29-32 degrees Celsius.
