The exhibition showcases over 80 remarkable landscape paintings from the museum’s collection of modern art, featuring well-known artists of different generations. Among them are painters who graduated from the Indochina Art School and those who were trained in the Resistance Art courses, as well as younger generations of artists.
With diverse styles and perspectives, the artists vividly depict the beauty of various regions in Vietnam. The exhibition highlights popular destinations such as Ban Gioc Waterfall, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc, reflecting the artists’ deep love for their homeland.
According to Nguyen Anh Minh, the director of Vietnam Fine Art Museum, the country serves as a great inspiration for many art forms. He emphasized that Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage and natural beauty provide endless sources of emotions that each artist strives to convey through their affection and talent.
This exhibition marks the first time the museum combines traditional methods of exhibiting artworks with digital technology and cinematography. This innovative approach is expected to enhance the viewers’ appreciation for both art and country.
The exhibition will be open until September 10.
