The Hanoi People’s Committee is partnering with other organizations to present the Hanoi Autumn Festival 2023, with the theme of ‘Autumn in Hanoi – Come for Love.’ The festival aims to showcase the beauty, cultural heritage, and tourist attractions of the Vietnamese capital city.

In addition to celebrating Hanoi’s landmarks, the festival, scheduled to take place from September 29 to October 1, will also highlight unique crafts that are integral to the city’s culture.

The festival will feature a variety of art performances and activities in the pedestrian areas surrounding the famous Ho Guom (Sword Lake). These activities will include a street parade, lion and dragon dances by performers from Thanh Oai District, a lantern parade by Son Tay District, kite performances, and puppet shows.

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy street dances and performances of the traditional Vietnamese costume, the ao dai.
