The Korean Cultural Centre in Vietnam is offering various activities for participants to engage in Korean culture. On July 28, there will be a workshop where participants can create crafts from Korean traditional Hanji paper. On August 4, participants can listen to Korean children’s stories and create Korean Minhwa painting. Additionally, on August 12, there will be an opportunity to make masks and experience Korean traditional mask dancing. All activities will take place at the National Library of Vietnam, located at 31 Trang Thi street in Hanoi. These activities are free of charge.
In 2017, the International Cultural Foundation (ICF) of the Republic of Korea opened the children cultural library at the National Library of Vietnam, providing a space for cultural exchanges and book readings to help children understand more about Korean culture.
Vietnam – RoK Cultural Exchange in Hanoi for Diplomatic Tie Celebration
The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) announced on September 8 that the Vietnam-RoK lantern festival to be held in Hanoi from September 9 to 11 will kick-start a wide range of activities to mark 30 years of bilateral diplomatic relations between the RoK and Vietnam.

The Can Tho department of external affairs on November 21 organised a Vietnam-Republic of Korea (RoK) cultural day and gathering to mark the 30th anniversary of the nations’ diplomatic relations.
