According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the North and provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue are currently being affected by cold air. The Northeast wind is strong, with levels 2-3 in the mainland and levels 3-4 in the coastal area. The Gulf of Tonkin is experiencing strong winds at levels 6.

Due to the influence of cold air, the northeastern region, Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, and Yen Bai will continue to experience extremely cold weather, particularly in the mountainous areas. The Northwest and North Central regions are also experiencing cold temperatures.

In Hanoi, the weather is cloudy with no rain. The lowest temperature in the northern and western areas of the city is around 12-14 degrees. By the afternoon, the temperature increases to a maximum of 16-18 degrees.

In the area from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa, there is still rain, scattered showers, and thunderstorms in some places. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. The South Central region, the Central Highlands, and the South are maintaining a sunny weather pattern, especially in the Southeast region. There is a chance of showers in some places in the evening and night.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather will be cloudy with light rain in the afternoon and evening. The north to northwest wind will be at levels 2-3. It will be cold with the lowest temperature ranging from 13-16 degrees in the north and 16-19 degrees in the south. The highest temperature will be around 17-20 degrees in the north and 20-23 degrees in the south.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather will be cloudy and rainy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. The afternoon will be sunny. The lowest temperature will be around 22-25 degrees. The highest temperature will be around 26-29 degrees in the north and 29-32 degrees in the south.

The Central Highlands: The weather is predicted to be cloudy and sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in the evening and night. The lowest temperature will be around 18-21 degrees. The highest temperature will be around 29-32 degrees, with some places possibly going above 32 degrees.

The Southern region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. The wind will be from the northeast to east at levels 2-3. The lowest temperature will be around 24-27 degrees. The highest temperature will be around 31-34 degrees.
