Anthony Blinken, US Secretary of State, Visits Vietnam

Antony Blinken, the US Secretary of State, is currently visiting Vietnam from April 14-16, 2023, at the invitation of the Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bui Thanh Son. This is Blinken's third visit to Vietnam, both of which have resulted in several key milestones in the Vietnam-US relationship.

Blinken arrived in Hanoi on the evening of April 14. The event took place as Vietnam – the US celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Comprehensive Partnership.
