The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has reported that the northern and central regions of Vietnam, specifically from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh, will experience cold temperatures at night and in the morning. Some areas may also experience fog in the early morning, followed by sunny weather in the afternoon.
From Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa, there will be showers and moderate to heavy rain, with rainfall ranging from 10 to 30 mm. Localized heavy rain may result in flash floods in small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes, and flooding in low-lying areas.
Weather Forecast for Different Regions
Northwest region: The weather forecast predicts a mix of rain and sun in the afternoon, with light fog in the early morning. The temperatures will be cold at night and in the morning, and in some places, it may even be very cold. The lowest temperature will be around 13-16 degrees Celsius, and in some areas, it may drop below 10 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 22-25 degrees Celsius, and in certain places, it may reach above 25 degrees.
Northeast region: There will be showers in some areas, while others may experience sunny weather in the afternoon. The wind will be blowing from the southeast at a level of 2-3. It will be cold at night and in the morning, with some mountainous regions experiencing freezing temperatures. The lowest temperature will range from 15-18 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas, it may drop below 10 degrees. The highest temperature will be around 22-25 degrees Celsius.
Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: In the northeast side, there will be showers in some areas, accompanied by light fog in the early morning and sunny weather in the afternoon. The wind will be blowing from the southeast at a level of 2-3. The lowest temperature will be around 15-18 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas, it may drop below 10 degrees. The highest temperature will be around 22-25 degrees Celsius.
Da Nang – Binh Thuan: On the northeast side, there will be showers in some areas, followed by light fog in the early morning and sunny weather in the afternoon. It will be cold at night and in the morning, with some mountainous regions experiencing very cold temperatures. The lowest temperature will range from 15-18 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be around 22-25 degrees Celsius.
The Central Highlands: There will be showers and thunderstorms in some areas during the evening and night. The lowest temperature will range from 18-21 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be around 27-30 degrees Celsius, with some regions experiencing temperatures above 30 degrees.
The Southern region: The weather will be sunny in the afternoon, with no rain at night. There may be light fog in the early morning. The lowest temperature will range from 15-17 degrees Celsius, while the highest temperature will be around 23-25 degrees Celsius.
