This year, the annual buckwheat flower festival will be organized at the Dong Van Stadium starting November 28. The festival, featuring a marathon, photo contest, along with culinary and art programs, aims to promote the distinctive cultures of H’mong and Thai ethnic minorities and honor the value of buckwheat, a local staple grain.
