Hanoi’s Security Forces March in Grand Display Ahead of IPU-132 Assembly

On March 24, Hanoi’s Department of Public Security collaborated with the Capital Command, the Department of Health, and allied forces to host a grand parade. This event showcased the units responsible for safeguarding the 132nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-132) and other high-profile political gatherings in the capital throughout 2015.

The ceremony commenced with an impressive display of 16 vehicle groups, featuring specialized equipment such as ZAAM bulletproof vehicles, heavy armored units, motorcade transports, and communication vehicles. Mobile police units further demonstrated their prowess through tactical maneuvers and qigong performances.

This event underscored the unwavering commitment of security forces to ensure the safety of international dignitaries and senior Party and State officials. Additionally, their efforts aim to maintain seamless traffic order, leaving a positive impression of Vietnam’s people and nation on global visitors.
