Completed in 1985, Dau Tieng Lake is the largest irrigation reservoir in Vietnam with a capacity of 1.6 billion cubic meters, providing sufficient water for crops in Tay Ninh and neighboring regions such as Long An, Ho Chi Minh City. Particularly, it is also a well-known tourist attraction in Vietnam. On sunny days, the lake’s surface reflects the bluish and deep color of the sky which impresses numerous tourists, according to Thanh Nien.
