Surrounded by mountains and forests, A Roang has cool weather almost all year round. It can leave interesting experiences for visitors on hot summer days with activities like waterfalls and lakes with refreshing sceneries.

Also, A Roang is ideal for walking and mountain climbing. You can wake up early to enjoy a morning stroll in the forest and watch the sunrise in the mountains.

The melodies of cha chap, k’loi, ba booch..or the sounds of flute, gongs, dances, and songs of the Ta Oi people, are not only captivating but deeply profound to the native people.

In 2013, to create a comfortable experience for tourists when trying the highland lifestyle, many homestay models were built. Staying in these community houses is also a great way to better understand the local culture.

As tourism continues to attract more tourists, A Roang welcomes people to come with a big group of friends. So in 2018, bigger community houses were built, with the capacity could range from 40 – 50 guests per night.

There is also a bicycle rental service for active travelers. You can learn about the daily life of the Ta Oi people or visit the villages located at the foot of the mountain with strange rustic beauty on their bikes.
