“The exhibition contributes to educating patriotism, the spirit of the August Revolution and National Day, while inspiring the will of self-reliance and self-strengthening, turning past achievements into motivation for building a rich, strong, civilized, and happy country that stands shoulder to shoulder with the world’s great powers” says Colonel Le Vu Huy, Director of the Vietnam Military History Museum.

Painter and poet Van Thao, son of the late composer Van Cao, and veteran Nguyen Dinh Quoc recalls the first lyrics of the song Tiến Quân Ca (The Marching Song), the national anthem of Vietnam.
