The Art Space Association, in collaboration with the esteemed A2Z Art Gallery in Paris and supported by renowned organizations worldwide, is proud to present the international painting competition, “Brilliant Vietnam.”

This competition invites artists to explore and celebrate Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage, as recognized by UNESCO. From the breathtaking Ha Long Bay to the enchanting Hue royal court music and the captivating art of water puppetry, Vietnam’s cultural landscape is both diverse and captivating.
Open to participants of all nationalities and locations, this competition offers a unique platform for young painters to showcase their artistic talents. With two age categories (under 12 and 12-17), it provides an inclusive space for emerging artists to express themselves creatively.
Submissions must be hand-drawn on A3 or A4 paper, showcasing the unique style and creativity of each artist. The organizing committee will be awarding medals and commemorative plaques for the first, second, and third prize winners, recognizing their exceptional talent.
The deadline for entries is April 20, and a global receiving system across five continents ensures accessibility for all. The competition results will be announced in early June 2025, with the top 100 paintings being exhibited across three cities in France. The very best of the best will be showcased at the A2Z Art Gallery in Paris from July 6-13, offering a prestigious platform for the artists.
By organizing “Brilliant Vietnam” and its subsequent exhibitions, the Art Space Association and its partners aim to shine a spotlight on Vietnam’s cultural heritage, raising awareness of the importance of preservation and promotion. Additionally, the Toucher Arts initiative, which unites Vietnamese youth from diverse backgrounds, supports orphanages and disabled children in the country, further emphasizing the positive impact of art.
