Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended and delivered a speech at a ceremony held in Hanoi on March 11 to celebrate 70 years since the first issue of the Nhan Dan (People) newspaper, the official organ of the Party Central Committee.
Linh Ung Pagoda – A tranquil and spiritual destination in Da Nang
The Linh Ung – Bai But Pagoda, located in Son Tra peninsula in the central coastal city of Da Nang, was inaugurated in July 2010 after six years of construction. A highlight of the pagoda complex is the 67-metre white Bodhisattva Guanyin statute standing atop a lotus-shaped platform. The pagoda has been a favoured spiritual destination for domestic and foreign Buddhist followers and visitors.
