To make the dish, it is necessary to select fresh tiny shrimp, clean and let them dry for a while. Mixthe shrimp with crispyflour and then fry them over a high heat.
Fry the chopped garlic and then mix with the fried shrimp. Add some fish sauce to finish the dish.
The dish is served with dry pancakes. The best way to eat it is to use pieces ofthe dry pancake as a spoon.
