Do Thi Lan Anh, a resident of the United States, emerged victorious in the final round, surpassing 29 other contestants, to claim the VND1 billion crown and a cash prize of VND100 million.

Lan Anh, 26, stands at 1.71m tall and has body measurements of 85-60-95cm. She left her hometown when she was only 1 year old to settle in Europe, and later moved to the US with her family.

Having graduated from California State University Fullerton, the beauty queen has formed strong connections with the Vietnamese community and developed a deep love for Vietnamese cuisine.

Lan Anh shared that she participated in Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 with the intention of returning to Vietnam and contributing to the development and preservation of the Vietnamese environment.

She will represent Vietnam in the 23rd Miss Earth pageant, scheduled to be held in Ho Chi Minh City in December.

Apart from the winner, the organizers also crowned Miss Fire Vietnam, Miss Water Vietnam, and Miss Air Vietnam.

The final night of the competition witnessed the presence of reigning Miss Earth 2022, Mina Sue Choi, Miss Earth Air 2022, Sheridan Sayer Mortlock, and Miss Earth Fire 2022, Andrea Aguilera Arroyave.

This is the first edition of Miss Earth Vietnam 2023, with the theme “Me loves Tree,” which introduced a reality television format, serving as a platform for the contestants to voice their views, collaborate, and raise public awareness about environmental conservation and protection.
