A diverse range of activities will be held during the beauty pageant, including a gala dinner, a Q&A segment, and a Best in Swimsuit sub-contest. These events will take place in various cities in Vietnam, such as Hanoi, Ha Long, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue.
The Vietnam Beauty Fashion Show (VBFF), which will feature many beauty queens and finalists of Miss Grand International 2023, will be one of the highlights of the pageant.
Ho Chi Minh City will be the venue for the National Costume sub-contest, semi-final, and final nights.
The function will be attended by Isabella Menin, Miss Grand International 2022, and Engfa Wahara, the first runner-up of the pageant’s 2022 edition. After the grand final on October 25, the Top 10 of Miss Grand International 2023 will spend 10 days from October 26 to November 4 carrying out their mission in Vietnam.
The Miss Grand International pageant was initially established in 2013 by Nawat Itsaragrisil, a Thai television host and producer.
The pageant was previously held in Vietnam in 2017 and has made significant contributions in promoting Vietnamese culture and tourism through nationwide tours, offering guests the opportunity to engage in traditional craft activities.
In 2021, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien became the first Vietnamese representative to be crowned Miss Grand International.
This year, Le Hoang Phuong, 28, who was announced as the winner of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 pageant on August 27, will proudly represent the country in the upcoming pageant.
