One of the largest music festivals in Asia is coming to Vietnam for the first time ever, featuring top DJs from around the world. This festival originated in Thailand in 2015 during the Songkran festival, which is the Thai New Year’s festival known for its spirited water fights. At the Songkran Music Festival, a massive hose is used to spray the crowd from the stage while people enjoy dance music. It has gained a reputation as the wettest music festival, and its popularity has grown rapidly in recent years. Each year, the festival attracts 55,000 attendees from both Thailand and around the globe. Due to its success, the festival has expanded to other countries in Southeast Asia, such as Japan, Taiwan (China), and Myanmar.
