The Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards, organized by Vietnam Heritage Magazine, the City Cultural Heritage Association, and the Gen Zi San Communication Group from FPT University, celebrated its eighth edition under the captivating theme “Cham Di San – Cam Chat Rieng” (Touch the Heritage – Feel the Distinct Identity). This prestigious contest attracted 1,034 submissions from 203 photographers across Vietnam, showcasing a rich tapestry of tangible and intangible heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and unique cultural identities from every corner of the country.

From the diverse entries, 81 exceptional photographs were selected for exhibition, while over 30 outstanding works were recognized in two categories: the Gen Z Award and the Open Category, welcoming photographers of all ages. The finalists spanned generations, with the youngest born in 2009 and the oldest in 1952, underscoring a shared passion for cultural preservation across age groups.

Gen Zi San played a pivotal role in communication efforts, effectively bridging heritage values with the youth community through modern and engaging approaches. The exhibition, open from November 22 to 30, 2025, invites the public to embark on a vibrant journey through Vietnam’s cultural heritage.




Entries Now Open for Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards

The eighth Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards is currently accepting submissions from both amateur and professional photographers residing in Vietnam and abroad. The entry period runs from June 1 to the end of August, offering a platform to celebrate and preserve Vietnam’s rich cultural legacy through the art of photography.
