The annual festival, a cultural extravaganza, witnessed a global participation with 23 countries setting up stalls, drawing thousands of visitors. The Vietnamese pavilion, organized by the Vietnam-Italy Cultural Bridge Association, offered a unique glimpse into the country’s rich heritage.

Accompanying the pavilion was a photo exhibition showcasing the breathtaking landscapes and diverse people of Vietnam. A special area dedicated to traditional costumes and musical instruments, including gongs and drums, provided an immersive experience for visitors eager to learn about this Southeast Asian nation.

The festival, in its various iterations, has successfully introduced Vietnamese culture and cuisine to Italians and foreigners residing in the Emilie Romagne region. With each festival, Vietnam has consistently left its mark, having won first prize in the culinary competitions for four consecutive years (2016, 2018, 2021, and 2022). Signature dishes such as nem rán (fried spring rolls), nem lụi (grilled pork paste), nem chay (vegetarian spring rolls), and Bánh Xèo (crispy Vietnamese pancake) delighted the judges and attendees alike.
