Indulge in a culinary journey like no other at our upcoming festival, where a diverse array of local and international flavors awaits. From traditional Vietnamese delicacies to global gourmet delights, there’s something to tantalize every taste bud. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, complete with captivating artistic performances, innovative cocktail demonstrations featuring regional ingredients, and hands-on workshops where you can learn the art of crafting cha muc (fried cuttlefish patties), banh gat gu (rolled rice pancakes), nem chua, cha nem, and the iconic banh chung.

Spanning three main areas, the festival boasts approximately 200 booths, each offering a unique gastronomic experience. Explore the rich tapestry of Vietnamese cuisine, showcasing the distinct flavors of the northern, central, and southern regions, alongside the exquisite coastal and mountainous specialties of Quang Ninh. Thanks to cutting-edge VR/AR technology, you can even virtually explore the very regions where these ingredients are cultivated, adding a whole new dimension to your culinary adventure.

This year’s festival shines a spotlight on international cuisine, with a dedicated zone featuring top-tier hotels, restaurants, and service providers from around the globe. Prepare for a high-class culinary experience that will leave you craving more.

As the fifth annual celebration, our festival is more than just a culinary extravaganza; it’s a platform to promote tourism, celebrate cultural values, and pay homage to Quang Ninh’s unique culinary heritage. With an expected attendance of 30,000–50,000 visitors, we’re proud to contribute to the province’s ambitious goal of welcoming 21.2 million tourists by 2025, including 1.25 million international visitors in the final quarter alone.

To further stimulate tourism, Quang Ninh has an exciting lineup of cultural and sporting events planned for the remainder of the year. From the inaugural Vietnam Travel Day and the Bach Dang Victory Art Exhibition to the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon and the Yen Tu Heritage – Touch the Legacy Run, there’s something for every interest.

Mark your calendars for November, as we unveil the Grand Slam Halong Bay in collaboration with the Republic of Korea (RoK). This spectacular series of events will showcase the best of both cultures, featuring the International Businesswomen Beauty Pageant, concerts starring top Korean artists, fashion shows, and an international marathon. With the participation of prominent entrepreneurs, artists, and influencers from Vietnam and the RoK, this is an event not to be missed.
