On November 1, the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO) announced a concert showcasing the enchanting compositions of Beethoven, Chopin, and Grieg - the three eminent European composers of the 19th century. This event is set to take place on November 11 and promises an extraordinary experience for all music lovers, highlighting the rich heritage and timeless beauty of these iconic works in the history of world music.
The concert will be organized in collaboration with the Mickiewicz Institute and the Warsaw Music Foundation – Poland.
Joanna Marcinkowska, Poland’s renowned pianist, will perform alongside the Vietnamese orchestra conducted by Wojciech Czepiel.
The repertoire for the concert will feature Beethoven’s Symphony No.1, Chopin’s Polish Fantasy for Piano and Orchestra, and Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A Minor.
