The event is co-organised by the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in addition to the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An province.
It is anticipated that through the exhibition, guests will be able to view unique images of the land and people of the 10 ASEAN member states, whilst also gaining a further insight into the diverse variety of cultures of the regional bloc.
The artworks which will be showcased at the event have been selected from over 10,000 excellent works that were submitted by photographers from across the region.
The exhibition aims to strengthen the relationship and mutual understanding that exists between Vietnamese people and people from other ASEAN members.
