Renowned Korean guitarist, Jung Sung-Ha, is scheduled to perform at various venues in Vietnam this July.

On July 14, he will begin his tour at the Vietnam Youth Theatre in Hanoi. The following day, he will perform at the VOH Music One Opera House in Ho Chi Minh City, and on July 16, he will conclude his tour at the Nguyen Hien Dinh theatre in Da Nang City.

During his performances, Jung Sung-Ha will showcase his talent by covering the popular Vietnamese hit “See Tình,” originally performed by singer Hoang Thuy Linh, which has gained significant popularity throughout Asia.

Jung Sung-Ha, a guitar prodigy who first started playing at the age of five, has gained recognition for his exceptional talent. Since April 2015, he has amassed over 991 million views on YouTube and has garnered more than three million subscribers.

Throughout his career, Jung Sung-Ha has received numerous accolades, including 15 YouTube awards, six of which have reached the number one spot. He is also a skilled composer and has released eight albums, including his latest mixtape in May.

His journey in music began when he was a child, watching and learning from his father. He further honed his skills by playing by ear and studying online videos. It was through these experiences that he discovered his passion for fingerstyle guitar, particularly influenced by Japanese guitarist Kotaro Oshio.

At the age of 12, Jung Sung-Ha gained internet fame with his cover of “The Pirates of the Caribbean” theme song, which has accumulated over 49 million views on YouTube.

This year, the Wind Strings Music Company and Vietnam Fingerstyle Guitar Organization (VNFS) have collaborated for the sixth time to organize a tour in Vietnam, with the aim of promoting and developing the fingerstyle guitar genre in the country.
