The event will take place at the An Hoi Sculpture Garden, offering visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in both Korean and Vietnamese culture and cuisine.
Visitors can participate in various activities such as making kimchi and lanterns, trying on hanbok (traditional Korean clothing), playing folk games, and creating masks.
During the event, there will be a showcase of One Commune One Product (OCOP) items, handmade crafts, and souvenirs from Hoi An city.
To add to the festive atmosphere of this UNESCO-recognized world heritage city, there will be a K-Pop dance performance. The Korean cultural day in Hoi An will conclude with a music gala featuring Korean singer Jinju, Unwreckable, SDG Crew dance groups, as well as popular Vietnamese artists.
The first Korean cultural day took place in the central province of Quang Nam in 2017. Since then, it has become an annual event that attracts a large number of local residents, as well as Korean and other international tourists.
