The hot-air balloon show will take place during specific time slots from 6:00 am to 9:00 am and from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Please note that these times may be adjusted based on weather conditions.

The responsibility for organizing the hot-air balloon show using private resources has been assigned to the Department of Culture and Sports by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.

During the show, the municipal police will ensure security, as well as traffic and fire safety.

In addition, the administration in Thu Duc City will work closely with its subordinates to provide necessary support and create favorable conditions for relevant units in preparation for and execution of the event. They will also assist the municipal police in maintaining security, order, and traffic and fire safety.

Furthermore, Ho Chi Minh City has planned a high-altitude fireworks display near the Saigon River Tunnel, which connects Thu Duc City with District 1. Additionally, there will be a low-altitude pyrotechnic show at Dam Sen Theme Park from 9:00 pm to 9:15 pm on Saturday.
