Key locations, including the Hanoi Museum, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Vietnam–Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, and Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, will function as parking and assembly points for vehicles transporting delegates, guests, and residents attending the parade and related events.
Local authorities in wards and communes are also responsible for identifying additional parking areas at public offices and educational institutions.
Relevant agencies will collaborate to ensure security, traffic management, and fire safety across all designated parking sites.
The finalized list of parking spaces must be submitted to the Hanoi Departments of Culture and Sports, Public Security, and Construction by August 21 for review and approval.
