Savour Hanoi, a vibrant festival held from September 17-21, showcased the city’s rich culinary heritage and modern innovations. With over 80 booths, visitors indulged in a diverse array of beverages, from traditional tea and sweet soup to craft beers and wellness-focused drinks, catering to the growing demand for sustainable and healthy options.

This event served as a vital link between the beverage industry, restaurants, and tourism, fostering collaboration and growth within the F&B sector.

Attendees had the unique opportunity to discover Hanoi’s traditional drinks, regional specialties, and international creations, alongside exhibits highlighting local crafts and cuisine. Nguyen Tran Quang, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism, emphasized the festival’s role in promoting these cultural experiences.

The festival also featured engaging activities, including bartender performances, mixology workshops, and insightful discussions on F&B industry trends, aimed at elevating the beverage industry’s standards.

As its inaugural edition, the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 aimed to connect the city’s past and present, tradition and innovation, while fostering international connections. The event also championed sustainable tourism by promoting eco-friendly practices and reducing plastic waste, contributing to Hanoi’s vision as a sustainable destination.
