The Vietnamese content started to regularly appear on the page from early Thursday afternoon.
A status update in Vietnamese putting the page up for sale was posted later on the same day.
“Leave a message in my inbox if you want to buy this page,” reads the status, which was deleted from the page as of Friday afternoon.
The account’s timeline shows that strange behaviors began as early as July 10, when its profile picture was changed into a photo of South Korean girl group Red Velvet’s leader Irene.
The incident went unnoticed until Thursday’s Vietnamese posts were widely shared on the Internet in Vietnam.
