Attendees will be able to sample dishes from five continents, giving them the opportunity to experience a variety of cultures and flavors in one place. With activities for all ages, this event promises to be a fun and educational experience that you won’t want to miss.

It is a place for cultural exchanges among countries, with a plethora of captivating music and entertainment programs.

The event showcases cuisines from more than ten countries spanning five continents, including Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, Australia, India, the United States, France, and Vietnam.

This year’s edition is expected to welcome 50,000 visitors to over 150 booths belonging to 100 units from Vietnam and other countries.

This is an amazing chance for folks in Ho Chi Minh City to not only shop and savor the delicacies, but to also mingle with top-notch chefs from 5-star hotels and restaurants in the southern metropolis.

Besides, the organizers have developed a unique idea – introducing the traditional tea producing process in an interactive and immersive way. They have created an engaging experience for the visitors, allowing them to learn more about the tea-making traditions and get an understanding of how tea is produced. This includes a tour of a tea factory, tastings, and workshops to teach traditional tea-making techniques. Visitors will have the chance to get in touch with the local tea culture and to purchase the products they have discovered.

Vietnam is one of the top tea exporters in the world, ranking fifth overall in terms of exports. It is also the seventh-largest producer of tea globally.

To promote the country’s specialty, the organizers decided to set up a pavilion to showcase traditional tea production by ethnic minorities in the northwest, particularly in Thai Nguyen Province. This pavilion will provide a unique opportunity for visitors to observe and learn firsthand about the tea-making process, which has been passed down through generations. It will also give them the chance to purchase and sample authentic, locally-made tea.

At the festival, traditional tea artisans will demonstrate the manual steps involved in transforming green tea leaves into the final product. This includes withering, crushing, sieving, oxidizing, drying, and shaping.

Street food, live bartender performances, cultural exchange shows, and other exciting entertainment activities will also be available.
