The opening night featured the participation of various famous singers, bands and dance groups such as Le Cat Trong Ly, Duc Phuc, Radio ban and DJ Tenshi, bringing unforgettable moments to the audience.
In addition, the locals and visitors had the chance to enjoy noodles from localities around the country and foreign countries including Thailand, China and the Republic of Korea at the Noodle Festival.
During the festival, unique art programmes will be held every night along Han River and Asia Park from December 30, 2020, to January 2, 2021.
A parade of flower boats, tours along Han River, a countdown party, a street music programme and dragon dance performances are all expected to attract large numbers of visitors.
The participants are required to wear face masks to prevent COVID-19 outbreak.
The festival aims to restart tourism business activities in the new normal state, ensuring the realisation of the dual goal of COVID-19 prevention and socio-economic development.
