AB InBev’s donation followed the call from prestigious organizations for financial support for the Covid-19 vaccine fund to help the country overcome the hardship and win the fight against the pandemic.

Truong Van Toan, legal and corporate affairs director for Business Unit Southeast Asia – Anheuser-Busch InBev, said the firm’s contribution was expected to bring the society back to normal quickly.

One of the factors behind Vietnam’s success in the fight against Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, is the effective mobilization of financial sources in the society and the solidarity between firms and individuals for the common good, according to the brewery firm.

“We hope the donation will help spread the spirit of humanity to others, contributing to warding off the disease,” said Toan.
