Crowds flock to Nhat Tan flower village as Tet draws near
With the Lunar New Year festival (Tet) approaching, Nhat Tan flower village has become increasingly busy as young people head to the area in order to snap beautiful photos and choose the ideal peach trees in which to decorate their homes with.
Despite Tet still being two weeks away, several peach and apricot trees are entering full bloom in Nhat Tan flower village in Tay Ho district of Hanoi.
As the weather remains warm several peach gardens are seeing their flowers blooming.
As the festive period draws near, people are beginning to flock to the village in order to purchase Tet flowers and savour the colourful flower garden’s scenic views.
According to gardeners, Nhat Tan village is currently bustling with customers keen to purchase their peach trees early.
The build up to Tet represents the period when young people flock to Nhat Tan flower village to take beautiful photos.

The starting price of peach branches is between VND200.000 and VND 500.000, whilst some larger branches can reach up to VND1 million.
A number of the smaller peach branches are arranged in bunches and sold at a price of between VND50.000 and VND100.000.
