Eight teams from across the globe, including newcomers from the USA, Germany, and China, are participating in this year’s festival, making it a truly international celebration.
With the theme “Made in Unity – Radiant on Five Continents,” DIFF 2024 celebrates peace, friendship, and humanity, honoring values that unite and inspire us all.
The competition schedule sees Vietnam and France performing first, followed by Italy and the USA on June 15, Germany and Poland on June 22, and China and Finland on June 29. The two highest-scoring teams will battle it out in the grand finale on July 13.
The champions will take home a grand prize of US$20,000, along with a trophy and certificate, while the runner-up team will receive US$10,000, a trophy, and a certificate.
The “Most Favourite” award, voted on by the audience, will also be presented, with a prize of US$5,000, a trophy, and a certificate.
Now in its 12th edition, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival has become a beloved tradition, drawing tourists to the city and boosting the local tourism industry, especially after the challenges of COVID-19.
