Phan Anh Son expressed that both NPSC and Vietnam share common visions of development, ideology, communism, and socialism. Recognizing the significance of people-to-people diplomacy as a foundation for bilateral relations, Phan Anh Son aims to enhance people-to-people exchange activities between Vietnam and Nepal. VUFO and the Vietnam – Nepal Friendship Association must foster connections with Nepali partners, particularly NPSC, to achieve tangible cooperation.

The two sides should propose collaboration between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam and its Nepali counterpart to encourage more Vietnamese travelers to choose Nepal as a tourist destination. Additionally, the two sides should consider the establishment of diplomatic representative offices in each other’s territories.

Rabindra Adhikari expressed the admiration of the Nepali people for President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam’s struggle for independence, as well as its national development and construction process. The Chairman of the Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council hopes to enhance relations between the two countries through initiatives such as direct flights, tourism cooperation (particularly religious tourism), and stronger investment and trade relations.

The two sides agreed to continue exchanging information and exploring specific cooperation options and activities to further promote people-to-people exchanges between Vietnam and Nepal.
