This is the closing program of a series of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Viet Nam.
The program will feature various pieces of electronic music by French composer Sébastien Tellier and Vietnamese folk music. Against this vibrant musical backdrop, the 50-minute 3D mapping light show will be performed by artists and lighting experts from France.
With the theme “Four Seasons”, surreal 2D and 3D images of French and Vietnamese culture will be brightly projected onto the wall of Ngo Mon Gate, promising to excite the audience.
French Ambassador to Viet Nam Olivier Brochet said that the relationship between France and Viet Nam has seen many positive changes over the past 50 years. The two countries have become important partners in many fields, especially culture and education.
“This major public cultural event is an opportunity for the two countries to look back at the past and hope for the future,” he said.
The Hue By Light – The Live Show program is part of a series of events for the Hue International Music Week 2023, which will be held from December 8 to 12 under the theme “Four Seasons Melodies.”
