During a press conference held on December 1st, the renowned Japanese artist, Kensaku Satou, expressed his overwhelming excitement for his upcoming inaugural performance in Vietnam.
Kensaku Satou is internationally recognized as a skilled Taiko drummer, having previously showcased his talent at the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. He has also embarked on successful tours across Europe, Africa, and North America.
The majority of his artistic creations draw inspiration from Japanese mythology, capturing the timeless essence of Japanese spirituality.Â
Senzen, a contemporary ballet dance performance, is scheduled to take place at the revered Saigon Opera House on December 16th and 17th. The event serves as a commemoration of the 50-year anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan.
Following his captivating performance, Kensaku Satou will also engage in an exchange session with students from the Conservatory of Ho Chi Minh City.
