On May 26, the Vietnamese Embassy in Venezuela and the National Experimental Polytechnic University of the Armed Forces (UNEFA) of the Latin American nation held a celebratory ceremony to mark the conclusion of a cooking class and a “non la” (Vietnamese conical hat) dance class. According to the Vietnam News Agency (VNA), the event was held at the university and was greeted with much enthusiasm and success.
