Flight Center, one of Australia’s leading travel companies, recently published a survey based on insights from over 170,000 global travelers, ranking the top countries and cities for 2024.

Portugal claimed the top spot this year, boasting a remarkable 94% visitor satisfaction rate. The Cook Islands, a South Pacific paradise, came in at a close second with a 93% guest satisfaction rating.

Andrew Stark, General Manager of Flight Centre Global, commented on the unexpected entries in this year’s list: “The surprising names showcase that popular destinations don’t always guarantee unique experiences for travelers.”
