Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Daytime weather will be a balance of clouds and sunshine, with heavy local rain. Evening and night will see scattered showers and thunderstorms in the north. As with other regions, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms. Temperature range: 26-34°C (78.8-93.2°F)
Central Highlands: Cloudy skies and rain in some areas, with scattered showers and thunderstorms developing in the afternoon and evening. The typical risks of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds are present during thunderstorms. Temperature range: 21-31°C (69.8-87.8°F)
Southern Region: Cloudy conditions with rain in certain areas, accompanied by scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. The possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds remains during thunderstorms. Temperature range: 25-34°C (77-93.2°F), potentially exceeding 34°C in some locations.
City Forecasts

Tropical depression to develop in East Vietnam Sea
A low-pressure zone in the East Vietnam Sea is forecast to develop into a tropical depression on Wednesday morning, meaning heavy downpours will likely batter central provinces until the end of this week.
The North has a peak of 39 degrees Celsius
The North entered two days of peak heat when the common high temperature was 35-38 degrees Celsius, some places were over 39 degrees Celsius. From July 20, the area will reduce heat and may appear thunderstorms.
