The trains are being prepared to accommodate tourists and travelers, with the inaugural journeys anticipated for late 2024 or early 2025, according to hospitality brand Wafaifo Optimisers in a news release on CNN Travel.

As quoted by CNN, Wafaifo Optimisers shared that the trains will traverse between Da Nang, renowned for its coastal beach resorts, and Hue, the former royal capital celebrated for its palaces and grand tombs.
Each train will boast two carriages styled in a retro fashion for passenger seating, accompanied by a kitchen car and a dedicated baggage carriage. Visuals of the interiors showcase luxurious appointments reminiscent of the trains’ French colonial heritage, featuring mahogany tables and chairs, gold accents, and ornate tiling.
Spacious windows on all sides will offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape as the train traverses the Hai Van coastal mountain range, famed for its verdant hills overlooking the ocean. The train will then pass through Lang Co, a village known for its fishing traditions and seafood delights, as recommended by the website.
Furthermore, CNN mentioned that each train station along the route will host a uniquely themed restaurant, including an imperial-themed dining establishment in Hue that reflects its royal heritage, along with an independence-themed restaurant in Lang Co.
