Currently, Bac Ha district has more than 1,600 hectares of fruit trees, of which Tam Hoa plums and local plums cover over 1,000 hectares, which are grown in the center of the town and some communes in the commercial district.

In the spring, the blooming Tam Hoa plum areas make Bac Ha seem to wear a pristine shirt, creating a unique picture for tourists.
