On March 13, 1954, the Vietnamese revolutionary army wrote a new chapter in history with their first attack on the French colonialists at Dien Bien Phu. This marked the beginning of a 56-day campaign that culminated in a historic victory, leading to the Geneva Accords and peace in Indochina.

The drone light show is a heartfelt tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and all the brave officers, soldiers, volunteers, and people who fought and sacrificed during the Dien Bien Phu campaign. Their valiant efforts led to the ultimate victory over French colonialism on May 7, 1954.
