Diners can pick from traditional offerings of free-range eggs, fresh baked pastries, and much more, while from the show kitchen comes main courses of French gourmet delicacies such as terrine de foie gras, salmon papillote and tournedos Rossini. 

Priced at VND1,688,000++ per person, the Brunch is hosted from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with seating inside the restaurant and on the swimming pool terrace overlooking Nguyen Hue Boulevard.
