The three esteemed representatives of Miss Sake International 2023 will be unveiled during the grand finale of Miss Sake Vietnam, set to take place on May 28 at the Mikazuki Japanese Da Nang Hotel in Da Nang. This highly anticipated event promises to be a spectacular display of beauty and grace, and all eyes will be on the three lucky contestants who will be chosen to represent their country on the international stage.

According to the organizers, 22 finalists will compete in both Japanese kimono and Vietnamese Ao Dai (traditional long dress) segments.

The final night of the event will feature talent showcases, as well as presentations by the finalists. There will be an opportunity for audience members to see the amazing talents of the finalists, and learn more about their respective projects.

This marks the first time that Miss Sake has been held in the country for all single women between the ages of 18 and 40.

The purpose of this event is to celebrate the beauty of Vietnamese women, select an inspiring face to represent the nation at international pageants, and to strengthen the bond between Vietnam and Japan. By honoring the beauty of Vietnam’s female population, we can create an opportunity to showcase the nation’s culture and talent to the world. Additionally, this event can serve as a platform to forge closer ties between Vietnam and Japan, helping to further strengthen the friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries.

This year’s event aims to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1973. In April and May, a qualification round was held with 22 contestants selected to advance to the final stage of Miss Sake Vietnam 2023.

Each year, the Miss Sake competition strives to find representatives who can effectively promote Japanese history and culture through sake. Now in its 10th year, the event has spread to countries around the world.
