A groundbreaking ceremony has been held for Haus Da Lat, Vietnam’s first ESG-focused real estate complex. This marks a significant step forward in putting Da Lat on the map as a global destination for sustainable tourism and real estate.
Haus Da Lat is nestled on the last prime land plot in downtown Da Lat, overlooking the stunning Xuan Huong Lake. The 5-hectare project is not just a real estate development but also the city’s largest forest conservation initiative and a future cultural landmark. Looking to the future, Thai also emphasized that Lam Dong will increase investment in key transport infrastructure projects in 2025 to enhance connectivity and competitiveness.
