This information was unveiled by the Norwegian Embassy at a press conference recently held in Hanoi.

The 70-minute documentary will be screened on September 28 at the Goethe Institute Hanoi. It depicts an epic journey that reveals the struggles faced by a mother polar bear and her cubs as the ice melts underneath their paws.

The documentary is an unpretentious and sensitive film showing the meeting between Frost, a beautiful mother polar bear, and the Norwegian wildlife filmmaker. It is a five-year journey since their first encounter back in 2013 at her arctic home in Svalbard.

The “It’s Time to Act-A Nature Film Festival in Vietnam” environmental film festival will be showing various feature films, documentaries, and short films from Europe, Latin America, and Vietnam.

The festival will be free for the public in a hybrid format, with both online and offline events being held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
